Since Ruicheng started producing pearl pigments, No Child Labour is a key criteria for sourcing MICA. Ruicheng has implemented a responsible procurement policy to ensure the traceability and transparency of its supply chain.

Ruicheng is a member of Responsible Mica Initiative and work together to eradicate child labor and improve the working conditions in the Indian mica supply chain.

We continuously monitor our mica supply chain and pay our efforts to implement fair and sustainable mica collection under a legal framework, no child labour and livable environment.
